John has been involved with renewable since 1981 and is responsible for overseeing development on small and large RE projects, strategic business development and establishing partner relationships. He has worked for or with several major developers and manufacturers of wind turbines and solar integrators as well as others whose disciplines and focus has been bringing projects through to operational status. Some of these include; Juhl Energy, Acciona, Edison Mission Energy, John Deere, Nordex, Suzlon, NEGMicon (now Vestas), Bonus (now Siemens), SMA, SunPower, Mitsubishi Solar, and many others. John attended the Red Wing Energy Center, Red Wing, MN in 1981. He has been directly involved in project development and consultation for both wind and solar projects and all aspects of construction, meteorological studies, off take arrangements (PPA’s), facilitating project interconnection, acquiring land leases, turbine supply, operations and maintenance. He is a resident of rural Minnesota.
