Tim Ellison

BIO: Tim Ellison

Dr. Ellison designed and commissioned particle accelerators at Fermilab and as Beam Dynamics Group Leader at the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility untill 1994. In 1994 Dr. Ellison joined Energy Conversion Devices and worked on scaling up the production technology from 2 MW/year to 30 MW/year systems and developed online diagnostic systems for realtime QA/QC where he lead the NREL PV Manufacturing Technology R&D program. He retired from ECD in early 2008 and now consults for select solar, start-up and VC companies.
