Total Energy USA appoints Jason Few as Executive Committee Chairman

“We envisioned the ideal Executive Committee Chairman as a well-respected industry figure with an intrinsic understanding of our mission to address critical issues and highlight important innovations across the entire spectrum of energy sources,” said Vincent Polito, Total Energy USA president. “As a thought leader in a company that occupies a unique place in the industry, Jason Few is that ideal person. Few was named President of Reliant in May 2009, after the Houston-based electricity retailer became part of NRG Energy. He is responsible for leading all aspects of NRG integrated energy solutions, sales, marketing, branding and public relations, and for Reliant’s retail business. Few also is a highly active community leader, participating in several charitable and economic development initiatives throughout the state.

The Total Energy USA Executive Committee will offer strategic direction and advisory council to the organizers of the conference and expo. As Chairman, Few will not only lead the committee, but also will act as spokesman for the inaugural event.

The inaugural Total Energy USA is scheduled to take place October 16-18, 2012 in Houston, the energy capital of the world. With the input of the Executive Committee, organizers soon will issue calls for speakers in the conference and open sales of space on the exhibit floor.
