These two contracts have been agreed upon between The Stella Group, Ltd and: • International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Implement fast track technical assistance program for local governments on high value energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) Facilitate adoption and demonstration of advanced integrated monitoring and energy validation for government and institutional buildings
