TREIA: Investment in Texas Wind Energy Continues to Grow

Texas' New Energy Frontier – South Texas & the Coastal Bend

Texas wind power development is fully discussed at Texas Renewables 2011 in Corpus Christi where renewable energy and wind projects make the area a vital part of the Texas Wind Industry success story.

Renewable Energy industry leaders will gather for Texas Renewables 2011 Conference in Corpus Christi at American Bank Center November 6 – 9th where growing investment in South Texas and the Coastal Bend region is gaining recognition for renewable energy development.  It is one of the few places in the country where the wind is strong in the daytime with access to the transmission system for getting electricity it to market. “Peak Generation coinciding with peak hour consumption and a robust existing transmission grid drive South Texas wind power making it a vital part the Texas Wind Industry success story,” said Mannti Cummins, American Shoreline Inc.

Texas Renewables 2011 is Texas' premier business-to-business meeting for anyone in or wanting to be in the Texas renewable energy industry, is organized by Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association, TREIA.  The conference provides the venue for forming valuable B2B alliances and keeping industry sectors informed on the latest business developments, regulations, federal and state grants and other renewable energy business opportunities.

Texas wind power development is fully discussed at South Texas and Off Shore Wind Forum, included in Texas Renewables 2011 developed in cooperation with the German American Chamber of Commerce. Additionally Port & E.ON Papalote Creek Facility Tour is also available.  Of more than 50 Texas business and government leaders speaking at the conference, wind topics are addressed by:
