Prudent Living E-Magazine Helps Rebuild Windsor High’s Athletic Fields

(WINDSOR, VT) Prudent Living Magazine, a free, quarterly e-publication on how to live a smarter, more sustainable life, is donating 50 cents for every subscription to help restore the Windsor High School MacLeay-Royce Field. The athletic field was flooded with more than seven feet of water during Hurricane Irene in August, leading to the cancellation of all home games last fall. “Because of this devastation, we have much work to do to get the field ready for teams to play; hopefully, by this spring,” said Windsor High Athletic Director Bob Hingston. “Because our insurance policy only covered flood damage to buildings and equipment and not the fields, we need financial assistance. We’re grateful to organizations like Prudent Living Magazine for their commitment to restore our field and invite the public to subscribe to this free publication and help raise much-needed funds.”
