groSolar Hires David Nichols in California

In his new role at groSolar, Nichols directs the company’s distribution activities and installer support programs in Northern California.  From his Sacramento office, he leads groSolar’s efforts  to deliver high value distribution, training, development services and support programs to Northern California solar dealers who sell and install residential and commercial PV and SHW systems.

Nichols brings to his position over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing, training and dealer development programs, and has held sales management positions at both Purcell Murray Company and Formica Corporation.  He is eager to apply his skills in the renewable energy marketplace.

Nichols also has a personal interest in green construction and renewable technologies, and serves on the Builder Industry Association Board of Directors, the Home Aid Board of Directors, and is a member of the AIA Central Valley, a chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
