GreenBrilliance, a leading manufacturer of globally certified photovoltaic solar modules based out of Gujarat, India proudly announced the successful installation and commissioning of a 100kWp solar PV system at Shri Ram Swaroopdas Niranjanlal Charitable Trust in fast pace growing city of Raipur, Chattisgarh. This system has been installed under the aegis of Chattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) (Dept. of Energy, Govt. of Chattisgarh).
The majestic grounds and halls of Shri Ram Swaroopdas Niranjanlal Charitable Trust in Raipur flank the major highway to Raipur airport. The building has a prime location and is a prestigious venue as it hosts government functions and gatherings of state dignitaries.
The system is a grid-interactive roof mount hybrid system with a battery backup solution. The key feature of this system lies in the uniqueness of its design. The system distinguishes itself as a marvelous engineering design with the system installed over multiple roofs cognizant to the space available. Prime objective being maximum utilization of space, the GreenBrilliance team utilized different size structure ranging from 2 feet to 9 feet. The other key feature of this system is its battery bank size which is designed at 1600Ah to support the load requirements of this building.
The solar market is bright and with ample opportunities available for green energy development in the state of Chhattisgarh.  The Chhattisgarh State Government has been also encouraging solar energy generation by providing additional subsidies over and above the Central Financial Assistance given by MNRE.
