Fronius USA Introduces Gold Quality Guarantee Program

The Gold Quality Guarantee applies to Fronius’ entire line of solar inverters manufactured in 2008 or on any inverter with a serial number beginning in 19xxxxxx or higher and incorporates several exciting features, including:

• 15-year warranty: All customers will have the option to purchase an additional 5-year warranty extension on all 2008 Fronius inverters, bringing the total warranty life to 15 years.
• Service reimbursements: Service reimbursements to dealers will increase from the current $90 to $150 per qualifying RMA.
• Out-of-box reliability: Redundant inspections and audits will ensure the highest possible out-of-box reliability backed by a $400 reimbursement for dead on arrival (DOA) units, also an industry first.
