Modules

Canadian Solar Inc. has four major product lines:
·Photovoltaic modules from 3W to 250W that are Canadian Solar Inc. branded or private labeled
·Custom engineered solar battery charging systems for various industry specific applications

The Canadian Solar CS series leads the industry in PV USA testing. According to CEC listing data(1), Canadian Solar ranks among industry’s highest per Watt PTC ratings (CS6P-230P for 91.74%, CS6P-225P for 91.69%, CS6P-220P for 91.64%, and CS5P-240M for 91.13% and CS5A-180M for 91.11%) among key module manufacturers with mainstream P-type silicon technology. PTC ratings more closely simulate real-world solar and climatic conditions than Standard Test Condition (STC) ratings for a more accurate indication of performance and a PV system's power output. All ratings in the list are in DC (direct current) watts.

Solar Cells

Canadian Solar Inc. produces 5" and 6" monocrystalline and poly-crystalline solar cells. Silicon Reclamation Operations

Canadian Solar Inc. operates one of the largest silicon reclamation operations in the world, specializing in purchasing, processing and supplying ingots, pot scraps, tops and tails, side wall pieces, broken wafers, reclaimed wafers and broken cells.
