SolarWall Wins Prestigious World Green Business Award in UK
United Kingdom, April, 2008 — The SolarWall® air heating technology was awarded a World Green Business Award in the category of "Best Use of a Product Design" for its involvement in a brand new Sainsbury Distribution Center in Northampton, England. The award for SolarWall was presented to Andrew Brewster of the CA Group, the SolarWall licensee in the UK, at a ceremony in London by BBC Senior Environmental Correspondent Roger Harrabin. The building is a combined effort between Sainsbury, which is one of the world's largest retailers, and Prologis, which is one of the world's largest real estate developers. It demonstrates the new standards that are being established for sustainable construction.

4 MW SolarWall Installation Will Displace 2,000 Tons of CO2 each year at world's largest collection of solar air heated buildings
The largest collection of solar air heated buildings in the world can now be found at the military base of Fort Drum, in upstate New York. 50 SolarWall® systems (totaling over 110,000 ft2) have been installed on 27 military buildings and will collectively generate over 4MW of peak thermal energy. The project is extremely significant in terms of the sheer magnitude of energy and CO2 savings, and shows the tremendous potential for solar thermal when it is deployed on a large scale.

Developer to Build Europe's Largest SolarWall System in Latvia
The Baltic country of Latvia will soon be home to the largest SolarWall system in Europe. 22,000 ft2 (2,100 m2) of solar panels, delivering more than 1 MW of thermal energy, have been specified for heating and ventilation purposes at a new warehousing and distribution complex in Latvia. The installation is scheduled to be completed by the end of the summer, and the system will displace more than 400 tons of CO2 each year.
