3TIER®, a global leader in renewable energy risk analysis, today announced that Craig Husa has been named Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Husa brings over twenty years of executive leadership experience in high-growth, technology companies. He previously served as CEO of break-through companies including NeuralIQ, General Software, and Healia. He also founded CourtLink Corporation which was acquired by LexisNexis.

Craig has demonstrated a keen ability to identify the core strengths and assets of a company, challenge the commonly held assumptions about its market, and execute a long-term, strategic plan to seize new opportunities.”

Mr. Husa’s appointment followed an extensive search within and outside the renewable energy industry. “We screened a wide range of excellent candidates,” said Mr. Westrick.  “Mr. Husa quickly emerged as the candidate who would bring a powerful new perspective on our market and a team-oriented leadership style to really capitalize on what we’ve built.”
 
Mr. Husa earned a MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS, with distinction, in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. As an officer in the Navy, he received advanced training and qualifications in Nuclear Engineering and served on submarines.
