China Sunergy Announces Pricing of IPO

Nanjing, China [Hoovers.com] China Sunergy Co., Ltd. announced that its initial public offering (IPO) of 8,500,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS) had been priced at $11 per ADS, exceeding the indicative price range of $8-10. The shares will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the trading symbol "CSUN."
