Massachusetts offers boutique banking .This is a state where the governor has cut funds to cities and towns .Cities like Brocton and New Bedford are in the middle of gand wars while the state continues with its commercial wind turbine project with former "Big Dig contractors at the helm. While police, fire and municipal workers are laid off stimulas funds are being diverted to the turbine projects at all cost even the cost of families in Massachusetts. The governor passed a 1.7 billion dollar energy funf bill last year on the backs of the blue collar workers.
The Wind Energy Siting Reform Act is about to unite every NIMBY in the state together in a class action suit over the use of state parks, wetlands ,open spaces and property rights ! Lets get a list of investment banks in Massachusetts !

Why did T. Boone abandon his West Texas wind farm?

NIMBY's have raised valid questions that have been incorporated in wind turbine siting regulations...and these are still being modified.

The interplay of various economic development, historic preservation, 'wilderness' and other special purpose zones is restricting where wind farms can be put; as is the realization that 'big wind' has been vastly oversold by the promoters who downplayed associated costs, i.e. grid connects, access roads, bat kills, etc.
