Well done, however, I did have trouble readin the lighter colored type that was penned. Other then that, it was beautiful in its blackboard presentation, as well as the simplicity and clarity of the message.

Thank You

"Most people believe the authorities acted heroically, saving the nation from a depression. But what the authorities really did was to take the public's money and give it to cronies on Wall Street in order to prevent them from suffering the losses they deserved." Those two scenarios are not necessarily mutually exclusive. I have, however, been saying for years (even before 2007) that this country has been engaged in perhaps the most nefarious form of socialism (if not by the dictionary definition, at least by the underlying spirit of the word), namely the financing of private profit through public debt.

What are the major rare earth metals required to run solar? I understand that silver is used in the soldering of the panels, but what else is needed?

?
But the feds are not only creating individual zombies, they are also creating corporate zombies. An obvious example: "green" energy. Without subsidies, loan guarantees, tax benefits and direct giveaways, the industry as we know it would not exist. Nor would the ethanol industry in the Midwest. Nor the security industry in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC.

The financial industry too, as we know it, would not exist either. Much of it would have been swept away in the financial storm of 2008-09. That story is well-known, but not well understood. Most people believe the authorities acted heroically, saving the nation from a depression. But what the authorities really did was to take the public's money and give it to cronies on Wall Street in order to prevent them from suffering the losses they deserved. The government transferred nearly $2 trillion in various forms from the public purse to the pockets of the financial industry. With that kind of backing, most of the old investment firms survived. The new ones that might have replaced them never saw the light of day.

Fun Video! Stress quality! Remember the "Intel Inside" campaign during the consolidation era that saw the demise of many PC companies and consider the DuPont quality campaign focusing on PV modules, "Materials Matter!" Preserving the overall optimistic message of the video may be assured by integrating the simple yet critical message of QUALITY.

Please add rare earth metals required to run the equipment and OHM'S law to all energy discussions and the US has 50 independent energy markets not one. Usually the above real wold facts does not work with twitter solar industry experts accounts discussions. You need to add the lost of the energy production taxes being dumped by the 50 states which now need all the taxes they can collect to operate. One thing is good saving the planet 20% of carbon energy production for future uses is a good thing. Wait until hydro power kicks in full gear and we clean up the rivers and oceans at the same time.
