Great job and very comprehensive post about the Italian regulations. Which is still a nightmare to understand for us Italians in our native language.. If you ever needed more insights, please check with us or visit http://www.solarfarm.it/en/italian-regulatory-frame.
Infortunately, the current schemes for any renewable source does not allow to plan investments for utility-scale projects due to the complex beurocracy to access the FIT and the risk of being bounced by the cap. Almost all the developers are driving their projects toward other countries of East Europe.
