Great piece. Great video. Solar power for "two goats".

Of course that solar is subsidized and the true cost is four goats. Four goats buys one electricity and avoids the cost of buying and re-buying candles and kerosene.

Solar is allowing people to drastically upgrade their lives without have to wait for the grid to reach them.

Getting candles and kerosene lanterns out of people's houses is going to make a big health difference.

There are similar programs in India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Africa and other parts of the world. Here's a piece on getting solar to 1.4 million in Bangladesh....
