This is very impressive achievement, and we should expect Miasole to rise rapidly in the already-brutally-competitive PV module manufacturing world. There have been a number of other spectacular innovation announcements in PV the last few months (e.g. Semprius concentrated PV modules using massive parallel printing of microdot multi-junction cells), and this provides a solid basis of even more positive market penetration forecasts for PV in general. So much so that it may hasten the grand, global renewable energy production re-alignment 20 years earlier than "common knowledge" currently predicts. Bravo!

LOL! Probably at a cost of $5/Watt--a Solyndra-esq price that isn't a commercially viable product.
Big VC money is behind this PT Barnum operation, so expect more bravado to come from this group.
