Giga Solar Materials Corp. (GSMC) launched its Back Surface Aluminum Paste for uniform, high quality back surface field (BSF) on mono and multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.

December 5, 2011 -- Giga Solar Materials Corp. (GSMC) launched its Back Surface Aluminum Paste for uniform, high quality back surface field (BSF) on mono and multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.

The low-bowing aluminum pastes enable thinner silicon wafers for photovoltaics production, maintaining low cell breakage rates. The paste is also designed for high materials compatibility, good adhesion strength, and a wide process window.
