A VAWG, ground based with an equal diameter of 80 meters per design in US P{atent # 7,942,624 would have eight 20 meter hinged square blades. Placed on the crest of a hill its maintainance and construction costs would be lower and its productive output of electricity would be higher than the 80 meters HAWG's now in use. Why not change?
