GREAT HYDROKINETIC ENERGY AS THE NUMBER 1 ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCE AND IT FULL TIME EFFICIENT ENERGY

THE GULF OF MEXICO; MISSISSIPPI; GREAT LAKES; ATLANTIC AND PACIFIC OCEANS JUST TO NAME A FEW.

Of course the solar gods will worry by electrocution of fish or changing tidal behavior in a moving submerge current which is at least 500 ft down in the oceans.
