Hopefully domestic PV cells will be used for this and other Solar energy projects. Presently it is possible to embed a microcip into each PV cell to control its functionality by sending an encoded signal from a satellite. By their nature PV cells are power concentrators, so they can read signals sent in their direction. All you have to do is to be in control of the comunication protocol. Those who comtrol the design & production of the PV cells will control this form of energy.

Shouldn't the writer of these articles at least Google the locations before writing an article?
This is, in my opinoin trying to make an argument for this Plant being in the area of the Capitol and the School???

So this article does not set good example for our Industry?????

How about 4000 acres of rooftops and parking lot covers?????

How nice for Gadsden County that they were"selected" for this boondoggle
