It seems you are completely confusing the issue by using the acronym CSP for any kind of concentrated solar energy, while the understanding in a lot of the world, and by me, is that CPV represents concentrating photo-voltaics, and CSP represents concentrating solar (thermal) power, which may be delivered as process heat, stored, or converted to electricity by conventional thermodynamic means.
This is an easy distinction, why not use it so the reader has some idea what you are talking about?

Does anyone realise that China is building coal fired plants between 3 and 5 per week? How come they are top of the pops in renewable energy?
