Personally, I don't think this is an appropriate forum for this article. As in, there is nothing in the article about renewable energy. You could take any 20 random securities that are traded in any market, run the recent price action through your formulas, and then output a table like above, with minor changes to the rest of the article. You don't use the actual company names, or mention what they specifically do, but rather just provide a stock symbol and speculation on how that particular mathematical progression might proceed given your particular formulas.

Bill - that is not my call. Perhaps it should be in the financial section ? I use symbols because people who are investors know the symbols of their stocks since most quote machines need a symbol as input - these are ALL the major PV related stocks traded in the US. If you click on the symbol it will link you to more information.
The purpose of the table is to show people who own solar stocks or people who want to buy solar stocks which ones may be the best to look at now. As to my formula - it is a rating system I developed to measure which stocks are the strongest. If you look at 2010 it was a terrible year for solar stocks as a whole - they were DOWN around 13% while the general market was UP 14%. The solar stocks that were selected by my system were up 43% for 2010 - so, for an investor it is certainly another tool worth looking at.
