Yes. Taiwan has ambitious plans to harness Renewable Energy including Offshore Wind Farms.

Just more wishful thinking and a waist of energy and resources. What else are we going to do with so many PHD's? This is getting boring! Wait till we run out of cheap energy! TEE HEE!!
