This is another example of "The blind leading the Blind". The cost per watt of wind-energy is a U-shaped function of the TAD's physical size. This is very easy to overlook when entering the "arena", i.e. deciding to build a TAD. This fact and 3 others combine to make current "design" about 1/60th as cost-effective as a sensible design, which can return several % of its cost annually. bertdotwindonatgmaildotcom
