The US dropped two points in the indices, to fall behind China, after a federal Renewable Energy Standard was not enacted this summer.

I got a bid in CA for a 10KW unit of $30,000. IN HAWAII, the same size is quoted by reliable Co. at $15,000. Also most dealers say they are sold out for the year!! So forget getting the 2010 incentives!
