Has RWE any interest of biomass short rotation culture of willows or poplar in Poland?

WE are promoting rural developmemt projects focussing on planting bananas that will use every part of the plant. good Fruit for consumption, trunks for paper, bad fruits for conversion into ethenol. WE would appreciate any input on this. We would be willing to share information for those of like mind. Thanking you in advance.
