Brian Fairbank, President and CEO of NGP; Fairbanks Alaska is about 90 miles from Chena Hot Springs, AK. It is the only community that I know of the in US that is run completely by electricity supplied from a geothermal source. It has operated continuously, even in temperatures far below minus 50 degrees, Fahrenheit. Ray Wallace
