As regards usage of sun I shall allow you but you must apply model deus ex machina as divine intervention taking in accont Zikalkis as the living god whose property is the sun and other planets so you can deduce investment as financing from his 54 septillion dollars activated from his zillion in assets and resources which require one world summit for other changes in currency operations and fiscal monetary financial actions on his new money called Zix in value of 100$.

Edit my comment so I can correct it. My paradigm is comprising 315 t$ complete budget for one year and 1 cuatrillion for 3 years, in what is included washing of all caifornian debts, so you must not go to washington to wash your debts. More information and derivations you can extract from my spreadsheet http://bit.ly/dv4Jpk and blogs of zvonimo.blogspot.com etc. This has to boost demand and drill exit from crisis opening the way to Mars and beyond boundries of the imagination.

California led the nation in renewable energy development, even though some other states, such as Texas, have better wind resources. About half of the entire world's geothermal energy is due to California's efforts. Now we see work on solar. Good on ya, California.

Hey Zikalkis, let me guess, you're from California.

Is it just me, or does the statement about saving taxpayers $270M in utility payments seem misleading? I'm pretty sure 51MW of solar capacity wasn't free, and by my estimation it would take 20 years for 51MW of solar capacity to produce that much power, even at California rates. I am a friend of solar, I just don't like misleading statements that can be attacked by politically motivated naysayers.

Why is there ANY cap on net metering in California? If the state is serious about accelerating the rate of adoption of rooftop solar than a cap, especially one of a paltry 5% isn't helping.

I'm not excited about a crappy 2.5% going to 5%. BFD. Get rid of the cap altogether and institute a real feed in tariff if you want to see a million solar roofs. What are there now? About 70,000.

My comments are readily managed on renewables issues so as I want to seduce value of the oxigen and nitrogen in the air to finance the ecology, environment, economy, estetics, eclectics and elections etc. It us supposed to be in septillions dollars (now cents) actualy about 54 s$. The financing from my budget should be implemented in such a proper way that debts of california should be on the top of priorities. At same time the new currency would follow such actions and simultaneously changing the names of all population of the world and paying individual sovereignty to everyone in amount of 10000 cents per year. The next project is the formation of the new soil that will be reemboursment what we took from earth in the course of exploitation of it. All this from Mediteranean sea to Vladivostok as green highway in contrasts to asphalt higways made recently by the civilisation.

Dear Creative;

PG&E owns the state Legislature and like you and me they don't want anyone cutting off there pay check. When you change to net metering it's just a hop step and jump to Off Grid if you think about it. Just add batteries and some equipment and your in the energy business. Now your a competitor not a customer.
Right now my excess energy runs my neighbors pool filter. I use the pool anytime I want. PG&E is flabbergasted and jealous. We plan on more projects in the neighborhood as others buy in.
As for Zikalkis
I feel sorry and pity for him. He wants to make a point but you can't understand him. Time for the men in white coats......
