Dear Renewable Energy:
Deepwater Structures Inc., Houston, Texas has invented a new Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion System (OTEC) power plant, called DSI-OTEC. DSI-OTEC is a game changer and will affect environment and business in the marine renewable energy world. DSI has three OTEC power plant design: 13mW, 100 mW and 1000 mW. The 13mW power output unit will cost 60 million USD, 100mW power unit will cost 400 million USD and the 1000 mW power unit will cost 2.5 billion USD. DSI will present this technology in the forth coming Offshore Technology Conference (OTC)2010, Reliant Center, Houston, Texas, on May 4th, 2010 at 10:15 AM in the OTEC session. DSI- is planing to use hybrid power system in which OTEC, CSP, Wind and waves will be combined depends on the environmental and suitability of the site. You can reach Deepwater Structures Inc., by searching more information in the web. or contacting directly.

I welcome GE effort to bring the Offshore Wind Energy. We Deepwater Structures Inc. Houston, Texas, USA are proposing hybrid power. We have a proprietary Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion with 13mW unit to 1000 mW unit. We plan to provide hybrid power along with DSI-OTEC. DSI-OTEC is stable and reliable. We are willing to team up with GE to combine OTEC with wind, wave and concentrating solar thermal. Marine renewable energy is profitable with hybrid concept. Some locations, wind and OTEC, some locations, wind and waves, some locations, OTEC and CSP are good. It is cost effective to work with hybrid power. Also, DSI-has developed,50 mW vertical axis support wind turbine. It is a proprietary design avoids birds hitting and less maintenances and longer life. I look forward to hearing from you. Dr. Nagan Srinivasan, PhD, PE, DSI, Houston, Texas, USA.

This is not how engineers of good conscience work with each other and so I repeat our letter below, one more time:

----- OPEN LETTER TO ALL ON THIS FORUM AND EPC AND OPERATING COMPANIES.

Dear Nagan,

We shared our OTEC - Ocean Thermal Energy design and concept ideas (many), including calculations under FULL UNDERSTANDING OF TOTAL CONFIDENTIALITY ---- with witnesses and corroboration.

You had no idea what OTEC was - until we as Process Engineers showed you.

You were crying that Sevan Marine has "stolen" your ideas about the Round FPSO -------- NOW, this makes me doubt your story absolutely!

You should not be touting (OURS AND ITS DERIVATIVE IDEAS - MUCH DISCUSSED) as your "invention" !!!

- our Patent Application is already on record and all these Companies that you are visiting and touting this system to - what will happen when they find out as a few already have?

EVEN TOOK YOU TO AND INTRODUCED YOU TO OUR WOOD GROUP CEO AND COMPANY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR ROUND AND SEMISUBMERSIBLE OFFSHORE Structure, when your prospects at Sakhalin, Shtokman, Shell, etc. got "Delayed"

This is an ABSOLUTELY BAD Karma and NO GOOD will EVER come of it! A Vishvasghat - even God's are displeased by such Kapat - and will NOT answer any of your prayers!

You would do better to discuss everything with us connected to our entire scope discussed with you, instead of circumventing us at our own ideas!!! We have much of these in the hands of DOE and others going back SOME (!) Years - a plethora of it!

You know who we are so I will sign of only as W & K

W & K.
