This is encouraging news. I never could understand why more effort was not put into developing geothermal power.

I have been following the development of Magma Energy Corp that now has 86 MW of bankable power, most in Iceland and one operating plant in Nevada that is currently being expanded. The company is debt free. It's new, only 20 month old, so isn't yet generating much income. It has an excellent buisness model. Anyway I have a detailed report running some 50 pages on the company. Geothermal is the only source of electricity production that has proved itself to operate in temperatures colder than - 60 degrees (F). i.e.; Chena Hots Springs, Alaska. RW
