THE GREENEST ENERGY EVER!
Experts say burning dollars may make sense!

At only $454 per pound, over 6,000 BTUs it might become the fastest growing renewable fuel. Add this to the tailspin trend of the dollar vs. other currencies, and experts say it is becoming a more competitive fuel source. Fifteen BTUs per dollar could become the next benchmark in the effort to stave off America's wasteful habits.

A spokesperson saying they are from the US Treasury reported today that several trends may make the dollar more attractive as an energy fuel. "We're encouraged by the dollar's weakening position as a medium of trade, the skyrocketing investment in wind, solar and the Rube Goldberg economy driving energy prices higher."

He went on to explain that burning the currency actually helps support its value, creates thousands of new greenback energy jobs, and makes wind and solar more competitive with the rest of the energy mix, to boot.

"We have the authority to make the dollar bill a renewable resource, creating jobs, shoring up our trade deficit and lowering the value of the national debt." The green ink, printing press manufacturers and paper pulp unions strongly endorsed the idea in a telephone interview.

Asked by skeptics which can only be described as FOX watching, right wing radicals and NIMBYS (nobody incinerates money but yuppy scum), the lobby firm for "the burn campaign" tried to insinuate that people's wasteful lifestyles might be too forcefully scaled back if the idea gains traction, potentially plunging the US economy into chaos. Sources say these notions are antequated and are no longer applicable to modern society. "The process is ingenious, and symbolizes the need for changes in the constitution to steer us away from America's dismal capitalist past," they said.

In related news, the green energy economist trade association just released their new slogan: RePower America...It's time to torch George!"

Sometimes when you try to be funny and you are really sure of yourself you end up looking like a moron.
Thanks for showing readers an example of this Tom...your sacrifice is noted.
