Hello from NE Wisconsin:

I understand that there was a manufacturer that had to replace all their blades because there was a design flaw in them. Or was it the way the blade manufacturer failed to produce them according to specifications? I don't remember whether the wind turbine manufacturer was Suzalon, or Siemens. Since NREL is testing this Siemens model with a new blade design, it must have been this company that had this blade problem?

It was Suzlon which had the serious blade problem, not Siemens.
