Energy companies, governments and banks that generate and monetize pollution should send their purified carbon dioxide to industries that can recycle it for agriculture and biofuels.

Meanwhile, legitimate governments will issue legitimate currency such as US RECs directly to individual citizens:

It is possible to reduce and even reverse greenhouse gas effect, vastly reduce pollution, taxes, government regulation and beauracracy, and save money all at the same time.

We can do it all with technology that is available right now, off the shelf, in production and commercial use right now.

It is a myth that fossil fuels are less expensive. It is also a myth that renewable energy is more expensive to manufacture and use than fossil fuels. A solar thermal collector is nothing more than an insulated box painted black on the inside with a sheet of glass over it. Nothing complicated or expensive. Heat can be stored in an insulated tank of water or even a concrete wall or floor. Nothing complicated or expensive.

It is essential that any international agreement include a provision to curtail and ultimately eliminate deforestation, which accounts for roughly 1/3 of all global GHG emissions. Measures should be included to promote reforestation wherever practicable.
