This is smart legislation. We need to work together to create jobs and use the technology we have and created. Bell Labs first commercialized solar panels in 1954 but we didn't work together so Japan made most of the panels in the world for 30 years. The market has grown 20-30% a year for over 50 years.

Now the US has some of the best Solar PV companies in the universe with First Solar (lowest cost per watt) in Tempe AZ , Evergreen Solar (lowest carbon footprint)in Mass and Sun power (highest eff % ) in California. Let's lead the world with the right technology and make it a better place.
