Washington, D.C., United States [RenewableEnergyWorld.com] The Sun Day Campaign has released its "National Directory of University Sustainable Energy Programs." The directory provides a zip-coded listing of more than 185 U.S. university and college degree and non-degree educational and/or research programs and more than 200 affiliated educators or researchers at those institutions.
Technology areas covered include biomass/biofuels, fuel cells, geothermal, hydrogen, solar, wind, and water power.
The programs and individuals listed in the publication focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, or addressing climate change and related environmental issues.
