Trina Solar Signs 42-MW in Sales Deals

Changzhou, China [RenewableEnergyWorld.com] Trina Solar has entered into three sales agreements totaling approximately 42 megawatts (MW) of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules for delivery in 2009. The modules will be shipped to customers in Germany, including 12 MW to Bull Solar GmbH. The names of the other customers were not disclosed.

These sales agreements, which were signed in the first quarter of 2009, reflect continued demand for Trina Solar's quality products from established customers in Germany and their commitment to new solar projects despite uncertain economic conditions, the company said in a statement. |
