The Netherlands, Part 1: Exploring the Dutch CO2 Economy

The Netherlands is not a very large country, but as the world's 16th largest economy, it needs to make some big changes to lower emissions and combat climate change. If changes are not made, this low-lying country could face some major flooding problems.
