A quick question about the article. Hydrous ethanol means that it has water in it, while anhydrous means that it is without water. Since ethanol and water form a azeotrope, boiling off the water, only reduces the water content 4%. So my question is . . . does the above article say that a car gets better gas mileage using ethanol with 4+ % water, than if the ethanol doesn't have water? Is an additive, like methyl ethyl ketone, needed to provide the improved gas mileage? Please provide a reference for the tests. Many thanks.
