This study was seriously flawed. It did not consider any of the hundreds of Megawatt projects that are in the ISO-NE queue now. They ignored Cape wind with its 120+ 2.5 MW turbines. They ignored the 300 MW that is in the queue for off shore wind in Rhode Island and they ignored Maine wind. This study needs to be upgraded, and it needs to do away with the coal fired plants they still intend to build in PA and the midwest. This study needs to include New England renewables, a study of upgrading the transmission in New England and get rid of the fossil fuels in the Midwest.
