"The projects produce 97.5, 106.5 and 124 MW each respectively. " Sometimes, but not often.

How much average power from 330 MW of wind turbines? The answer comes from the capacity factor of the turbines and the prevailing winds. The national average of new turbine installations is 32%. So for a 330 MW installation, the average power placed on the grid is over 100 MW.

Marv,
I've yet to see a wind farm ,new or old average 32% of it's name plate capacity over a year.Because the last year or so the average wind speeds across the continent have been a little higher than normal most new wind farms have been pushing about 27% some a little higher or lower.
Your 32% must have come from the AWEA
The real question is ,how much is dispatchable? most utilities will tell you 10% or less.

About 2 million dollars per MW of rated capacity

capacity factor data for a large sample of US wind projects (see Figures 26 and 27, along with Table 7, of http://eetd.lbl.gov/EA/EMP/reports/lbnl-275e.pdf
