"We have a study coming out in about a month which will quantify these numbers, but initial indications are that renewable energy and energy efficiency provide nearly five times as many jobs in Colorado as the O&G (oil and gas) industry."

Greetings Andrew. Great round-up of renewable energy initiatives in Colorado. I see that you're going to profile Colorado companies striving to advance renewable energy. BBI International, headquartered in Salida, Colo., employs more than 130 professionals—from engineers and financial experts to journalists and event specialists—who collectively produce and deliver renewable energy information and services. From trade shows to magazines, plant services to process engineering. BBI owns and operates the largest, longest-running bioethanol conference in the world—the International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo (FEW)—publishes globally recognized bioenergy magazines, and has completed more than 250 bioenergy-related feasibility studies in the past seven years. BBI is now engaged in cellulosic ethanol process design and engineering. We have developed the Global Biomass Network, a non-profit Web-based global biomass initiative. And we have launched CITIES (Community Initiative to Improve Energy Sustainability) to assist municipalities and companies around the world in their quests to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and become more energy self reliant. BBI is a relentlessly ethical corporate citizen. We conduct business in ways that respect people, communities and the environment. We strive to incorporate stewardship and sustainable development into our corporate philosophy and, more importantly, into our products. ... Sorry for the long, public plug. I couldn't find your e-mail address. Thanks!
