Nexans To Install Submarine Cable for Offshore Wind

The total installed generation capacity will be 315 MW and, in an average year, approximately 1.1 terrawatt-hours of power will be exported to the mainland through the two submarine export cables.

I believe the figures included cover only the cost of the CABLE contract. Thus, 3 cables (one of which is a spare) and the fiber optics one.

That figure sounds too cheap; only $117,000 per MW installed.
A land based turbine is over a million$ per installed MW.
