Wind Power in India: Preparing for Gusty Future

[The Navhind Times] Right now, the country is the fourth largest generator of wind power in the world after Germany, Spain and United States. Moreover, India was one of the five countries that added more than 1,000-MW wind energy capacity during 2006-07, writes Radhakrishna Rao.

One is keen to know the future of solar in this country. There are many solar panel producers ( who one hears about) but cannot get in touch / contact directly. With the country one of the best suited in terms of sunlight recieved, time that solar technology gets the attention it merits from the state governments as well.
