I am not sure how many laws they are breaking but this company does NOT have permission from the Dominican Government to build any plant in DR. I have just made a call to Vice Admiral Radhames, he said the President has no information on any plans from this company.

They did say Sustainable Power Corp. was building a Biocrude refinery on the island that will produce biogasoline and green electricity. John Rivera from US Sustainable Energy (SSTP's sister company) has already tested a biomass reactor on the island.
