"Biofuels has taken a hit on their stock prices ... But in solar, wind, the valuations are quite strong and they seem to be well supported by the marketplace. All the trends here are very positive, there are a couple signs for caution, like interest rates and margins, but this is a very healthy industry right now."

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Investors must like the protection of state renewable energy mandates.&nbsp;&nbsp;But allowing utility monopolies&nbsp;to select which projects get fair prices is just crony capitalism&nbsp;and will not stimulate innovation that would be good for the country.</font></font></p>

<p>This is extremely encouraging.&nbsp; With energy prices being sustained at current levels, it will only drive more investment to RE and energy efficiency.</p><p>We have a long way to go but this is very positive.</p>
