This is a wonderful opportunity for people in remote areas, in the Cook Islands where I am from, something like this would benefit our small island communities who are dependent on either diesel generated electricity or kerosene lanterns.
Does the World Bank have similar funding models for other Pacific Island nations, like the Cook Islands, Nuie, Samoas, Tonga etc?.
