<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: TimesNewRoman"><font face="Times New Roman">Aquaenergy Group, Ltd. (&ldquo;AEG&rdquo;), a wave energy company based near Seattle, Washington. AEG has development projects in Portugal, Ireland, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.
