Kreido Biofuels' goal is to have a menu of "feedstock recipes" that meet ASTM specifications and work in its STT 30G processors.

The statement, "The stringent ASTM standards for biodiesel production ensure trouble-free operation in diesel engines." is only partially true. The ASTM standard does not result in a product that addresses all operability issues of biodiesel blends.

I think that is correct, because the ASTM standard does not address a number of issues, foremost thermal and oxidative stability. The European standard is different again.
